Rental Terms & Conditions

Delivery charges are dependent on distance and whether they require overtime work hours. Please make sure that arrangements for home delivery are explicit as there are extra charges if no one is home at the time of delivery or pick-up, or for delivery and pick-up at other than ground level dwellings.

Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place upon delivery. Upon pick-up, all items should be stacked and ready for immediate pick-up. Set-up and tear-down is available at a low extra cost if pre-arranged.

If the customer is unavailable for pick-up at the agreed time, the customer agrees to pay an additional $25 service charge. Service charges plus additional charges begin accruing at the next rental period.

Cleaning

For sanitary reasons, all equipment, with the exception of linens, must be returned clean. Goods must be returned in original containers. A charge will be made for all boxes not returned.

Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessor from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Check with the management if renting halls or banquet facilities for security. We do charge for missing or broken items, but have found this to be a minimal problem for most renters.
